Boxing in Health & Fitness

In Pathways gym, Mr. Reed taught us how to box! First he taught us all the warm-up exercises, such as going under the rope and doing jabs and having the proper posture. After that, we started to punch the bags. At the end, we did punches of choice for 30 seconds (I could never do the 3 minutes like the professionals do!) Overall, it was a really fun unit!
