Life Skills Brunch Recipes

The Pathways Life Skills class has prepared some fabulous brunch recipes over the past several weeks.  The first recipe was for Breakfast Burritos with scrambled eggs and sausage, and it proved to be a favorite of many.  Next up was the breakfast classic, Eggs Benedict.  The class tried a cool technique for poaching eggs in the oven, after watching this instructional video. Last week, the class took on a unique twist on breakfast with a recipe for Mexican Egg Cups.  Some students were more daring than others with the additions to their egg cups!  Feel free to click on the links to try these recipes for yourself at home!
