Korean Club feast in Pathways












The Korean Culture Club planned a feast of Korean food last week.  After shopping and sampling their way through H-Mart, club members Erica Chin, Ash Tong, Charlotte Pitha, Cherri Lin, Kasey Lee, Magan Lee, Rholee Xu, Elaine Zhou, Sissi Wu & Pathways student Clare Hwang prepared a delicious Korean banquet!
We feasted on: 
  • Dubokki (spicy rice sticks and fish cakes),
  • Naengmyeon (refreshing dish of buckwheat noodles in a chilled broth),
  • Japchae (glass noodle stir fry with meat and vegetables) with a sweet Ginseng tea &
  • Patbingsu (delicious dessert of shaved ice, condensed milk, a variety of fresh fruits and topped with a sweet red berry paste). 

    We are very grateful to Pathways for the use of their kitchen!
