Cooking for Cinco de Mayo

Cooking Mexican food is a great way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.  This year all students researched Mexican food recipes and then agreed to cook Baked Beef and Cheese Flautas.                                                                                                                         By Clare: On Thursday, we made Baked Beef and Cheese Flautas, a Mexican specialty. We sprinkled cheese on our Mexican seasoned beef. We each put five tortillas in each cookie sheet. We added toothpicks to make sure that our flautas should stick secure in order to put them in the oven to bake. When the flautas are ready, students were able to taste their flautas with meat, cheese, and taco seasonings. The flautas were so good!!!!
I would like to try to make this dish at home.
