Nikki gets her Diploma

By Heather Mahoney, Transition Specialist:
Introducing CCHS graduate, Nikki Ramos-Mann!!
Nikki, a recent graduate of the Pathways Program returned to visit her alma mater on December 1st.  At this time, she was presented with her high school diploma by Principal Mastrullo, while applauded by those who have worked with her during her high school education.  Showered with congratulatory hugs, Nikki graciously thanked those who have supported her throughout her education.  While here accepting her diploma, Nikki visited her old friends in Pathways to catch up.  Nikki's vibrant, caring, gentle personality and beautiful fashion sense are just a few of the many things we will miss about her.

Nikki is enjoying life after graduation.  She is actively involved with ASK: Awareness-Screening-Knowledge, a non-profit organization created by her father, in memory of Elizabeth Ramos-Mann, Nikki's mother.  This organization has been created to bring awareness to screening for lung cancer, specifically in Asian women.  In addition, Nikki has an interest in fashion design and modeling.

All of us here at CCHS wish Nikki the very best in her future endeavors!  We look forward to her returning to visit and keep us informed of her accomplishments.
