Working at Goodnow Library, Discovery Museum and Drumlin Farm

By Heather Mahoney

Students have been very busy these last couple weeks getting back into the swing of their vocational sites!

At the Goodnow Library, located in Sudbury, George, Tyler, and Alec are responsible for volunteering in the children's section, putting away books and DVDS in alphabetical order.  All three young men work hard and picked up on the task quickly.

Tyler and George were warmly welcomed back to Discovery Museum in Acton!   Nick and Molly continue to be impressed with the great work ethic that CCHS Pathways students have shown when volunteering.  George and Tyler worked hard staining the walkway in the treehouse on their first day back.  Their painting skills were greatly appreciated. Tyler and George have also helped with cleaning furniture in the classroom.   The classrooms are sparkling when they are done cleaning!

This week, students rejoined their vocational training at Drumlin Farm in Lincoln.  They were greeted by Erin, who oversees student volunteers.  She was pleased to see Alec, George, and Tyler.
