CCHS Unified Basketball Participates in Jamboree!
On November 18, 2021, the CCHS Unified Basketball program ended the season with a jamboree, hosted by Lexington High School. The Jamboree was a lot of fun! The teams played three round and we just played in the second and third rounds. It was fun and tiring! We won in the second round and in the third round, our team lost. Ms. Mahoney, Ms. Watford, Ms. Lynch, who is a launch tutor, Ms. Pouliot, who is a former tutor in Launch, Ms. Perez and Raleigh Fisher, the unofficial photographer came to watch the games.
The event took over three hours. At the end of the game, we took a group photo behind the Special Olympics Unified Sports sign. Mr. Flynn also handed out the ribbons, too. After the game, the team had snacks to take home and then we took the bus back to CCHS. This was a great Jamboree to end the season.
