Life Skills: Eggs Benedict

One of my favorite breakfast foods is Eggs Benedict. I eat it with my family when we are out for breakfast, so I decided to propose it to Pathways. Everyone loved it! Some people even came back for seconds. On Wednesday February 26th, we shopped for the ingredients at Crosby’s. On Thursday February 27th, we were all assigned different jobs to prepare the Eggs Benedict. I helped get the ingredients ready and cooked the Canadian bacon on the skillet. We layered english muffins with Canadian bacon, then a poached egg, and finally poured delicious hollandaise sauce on top. Eggs Benedict was referred to by some of the staff as “the most popular Pathways dish ever!”
