Boxing in Health & Fitness Part 2

During Health and Fitness class with Mr. Reed we did some boxing last month. He taught everyone how to box. This was my first time learning how to box. We stand in the "ready" position, a stance boxers use to box. First we did some warm ups. Our next boxing challenge is the hook where we curve our right hand and then punched the glove on the flat surface on Mr. Reed's hand. After warm up, students walked under the net. Students went to the left of the net and to the right of the net, bending our knees. It was a good challenge for everyone to do. Then each student punched  bags during the last boxing activity. Everyone tracked their time on how long students were able to box. Overall the boxing activity was a lot of fun!
