A few weeks ago, the class prepared some delicious asian roasted vegetables.  We also cooked chicken and rice to serve with them.  Almost everyone enjoyed this healthy offering!
Last week, we made a fabulous quiche with ham, onion and lots of cheese.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and quiche is a great dish to prepare ahead of time, for when you're in a hurry in the morning.
This week, the class prepared an apple crisp, a fall favorite!  The apple crisp was enjoyed by both students and staff!
