Chinese New Year

Life Skills Class celebrating Chinese New Year!!! Chinese New Year is mainly celebrated in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea.  The main tradition includes eating dinner with friends and family!

Life Skills Class prepared peanut soba noodles, crispy Chinese noodles, chicken fried rice, and vegetable fried rice.  Nick's family sent in pan-fried turnip cake, a traditional dish that is part of his family's Chinese New Year celebration.
