Halloween Desserts in Life Skills

Last week in Life Skills class we made some nice Halloween themed desserts!

I made the chocolate candy corn cake.  First I made the cake part.  Then CJ and I made the chocolate frosting. After we made the frosting, CJ used the electric mixer to mix the cake mix. 

We ate the desserts the next day.  We also made cookies that looks like acorns.  The recipes are below.  I ate the chocolate cookie cake with icing, butterscotch chips, and candy corns. They were so delicious!!! Then I tried a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. Candy Corn Cake is my best dessert! Those desserts tasted delicious!
