Mentor Appreciation

Sophia Lester began working with the students from Pathways during the 2019-2020 school year.  Her friendship with the students began in Mr. Pavlik's Earth Science class.  During this time Sophia worked in group activities and labs with many of the students and that is where the relationships formed. This year, Sophia attends our Life Skills, and health and fitness classes, as well as spending her lunch block in Pathways. She always brings humor, kindness, and optimism to our community,  During lunch blocks, Sophia brings her passion for the arts, music, and movement to our community.  She enjoys spending time with students outside of school.  In this recent photo, she and her friend Genna made slime.  Next year we look forward to Sophia being part of our Pathways Movie Night team.
