Let them eat cake!

 

Pathways got back to business after returning to school from holiday break!  Life Skills class prepared individual chocolate mug cakes using a recipe from this amazing website, The Accessible Chef!

Each student measured and mixed his or her own ingredients and the cakes only took about a minute to cook in the microwave.  One lesson we learned is the more chocolate chips the better!
